Burch’s contract seating materials are tested to meet or exceed the industry standards as defined by the Association for Contract Textiles (ACT®) Performance Guidelines.
Burch warrants its materials for a period of two (2) years from date of purchase when used for seating applications in a normal single shift environment. All materials must be properly applied and installed by an industry trained professional and maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommended cleaning instructions.
Damage to a product resulting from lack of cleaning, improper cleaning or misuse of cleaning agents voids all warranties. This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, misuse, cuts, punctures, dye transfer caused by external contaminants, defects in design or manufacturing process, improper installation, or use other than normal applications. Final determination of the suitability of any product rests with the user.
In the unlikely event that the material does not perform within the ACT® guidelines while observing all of the points above Burch will replace the material free of charge. In the event that the material is no longer available Burch will replace the material with a mutually agreed upon replacement. This warranty does not cover any associated labor costs to replace the material.
Any additional topical treatments or backings applied to the material after it is shipped voids all warranties.
This warranty does not apply to custom products, special orders, outlet center items or discontinued products. This warranty and is non-transferable and non-assignable.
